Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility

Project Duration: 12 months

Project Details: The design, supply, install and commission of the new Trend BMS system to control a new air handling unit and motorised controlled damper actuators.

Project Progress: The job lasted longer than predicted due to delays in other areas, however, we were given positive feedback from the maintenance staff at our client’s facilities, noting how pleased they all were with the software installed.

Problems overcome: We managed to keep the system live without halting or slowing down production.  This was difficult to manage at times due to areas becoming live at different dates throughout the project.

Project Technical Details: Trend IQ3 Controllers, added front end graphics to the existing 963 supervisor.

Project Outcome: The system is now fully operational and the customer is pleased.  We will continue to support the customer should they require any further help or advice.
