Universities, colleges and schools are responsible for creating an energy efficient environment. Over the last 25 years we have installed and maintained systems in schools & universities across the country.

Energy Efficiency is a high priority for Local Authorities and Councils. Local authorities have the responsibility to monitor and minimise energy usage for the large numbers of energy-hungry properties they own.

Rising healthcare costs and government regulation is driving healthcare facilities to focus on managing energy usage more effectively. Revenue attributed to the Energy Management sector from healthcare channels is due to more than double in the next 10 years.

The nature of these buildings means they require specific environmental conditions. We have installed and maintained systems in a wide range of buildings from sport and leisure centres to cinemas and racecourses, we work closely with clients to fully understand their needs.

From train depots and stations, airports to distribution warehousing, Impact Controls have completed various projects. These projects are always unique and entail lots of critical monitoring on the BMS including alarm reporting to secure locations.

Close control of temperatures and pressures are critical in this sector. Impact have completed many projects including home office approved clean rooms. We have vast experience of the high standards and requirements of these projects for both private and educational sector clients.

We have completed many student accommodation projects which have included central plant control, metering and energy analysis programming. We have experience of high rise private apartments including intelligent room controls as well as many listed building private housing projects including the use of KNX interfaces.
